To start an On-Line Diabetes Registry session, the user needs to login to the system.
That means the user first has to setup a cookie, then has to enter a unique login ID and password combination, assigned to him/her by the database administrator or registrar, before being able to use the system functions.
Steps to follow:
- Make a request to the following address for a regular username and password to be defined on the database and server, and a "Cookie Password" which must be used to initiate your security clearance.
